I think two of the things I really appreciate about New York City is its variety and energy.
Fall 2009, I studied abroad in Tokyo, Japan and I absolutely fell in love! I'm glad I could come back home to a place where I knew I could alleviate some of my Japan withdrawals.
I use this blog as a way to talk about upcoming Japanese events in NYC and cover the ones that I've been to, while giving some insight into the Japanese culture I experienced in Japan and how it compares!
I hope that somehow my blog helps those with similar interests to find the small and growing Japan Town in NYC! :D
