MakeupGeek.com is a site I found back a year and a half ago when I really started playing around with makeup. Marlena - the site's owner posts up contests and makeup tutorials both on her site and her youtube channel. If you're just getting started with makeup, looking for new looks, or looking to learn about cheaper alternatives of the name brand colors you love, I would suggest checking her out.



Back two or three months ago, I visited Ueno (Japan) and I found a really cute ring at the markets located right under and around the train tracks. Unfortunately my ring broke and I never had a chance to go back to get another one. The ring cost no more than ￥300 . I didn't think I'd have a chance to find a ring as cute and as cheap as this one in America, but I was wrong!

I got a lot of compliments about the ring I used to have, even if it's inexpensive, it doesn't look cheap and it can add a little something to your outfit.
