PARIS KIDS 福袋 [fukubukuro] !!

Of all the presents I brought back from Japan, this is probably the one I was waiting to give the most, especially because it was still a mystery to even me.

As you all may or might not know by now, one of my favorite sports in Tokyo was Harajuku (原宿)especially Takeshita St. (竹下鶏). PARIS KID'S - which I was mentioned before in an older post was one of my favorite accessory shops and always made it a point to stop in whenever I went to Harajuku. So of course, on my last run through Takeshita St. before the end of my program I stopped in and bought a few things (haul vid/pics coming soon!) Although this isn't a true "fukubukuro" because I didn't actually buy it during the New Year season, I'd consider it one because well, it's close enough, right?

My friend @tigresaa was nice enough to let me photograph her "fukubukuro"/grab bag presents, and so I want to share them with you!
Scrunchie? Hair-ties? Are those necklaces? :)

3 necklaces, 1 scrunchie, 2 black polkadotted hairties, 1 black lacy hair ornament (?), plastic bracelets (purple, silver, white) and a crazy basket-of-flowers ケタイ(cellphone) charm.

Rosaries were actually a pretty popular accessory in Japan when I was there, so I wasn't too surprised to see this in there- It's a really cute pink bead rosary. // The middle necklace is @tigresaa's favorite! Three different metal rings on a silver chain (bronze, cold, copper?) Says she rocks it all the time! :) // The third necklace is double layered, a bit more on the fancier side. Definitely something you can add to a work outfit. It's brown and I know she loves to wear that color, WIN!

Overall, this "fukubukuro" was a success, and I wish I had bought more to give away, or even gotten one for myself.
Well my [Tenoli] readers, I'll end it with this...

Hasta la proxima!
La Tenoli :)
